There is a section of every package that we call "The Base". This is a list of essential inclusions that we believe MUST be in every package to make it successful. Every formal we do has "The Base", then you add your own optional inclusions to that. Kind of like a big formal Pizza. The following lists the inclusions in both the "Base" and the "Options". Free photo web gallery with secure on-line ordering Instead of tacky printed folders that get lost or damaged on the night, we put all shots into a private on-line gallery where you can see them all. We don't use "Bouncers". Our Security Teams are intelligent, expertly trained, hospitality-trained V.I.P. specialists. Every officer must possess State Issued Licensing, RSA Accreditation Equivalency, Senior First Aid Certification and be fully trained in all aspects of Formal Event Control. Celebration Slab Cake as Dessert A cake is an excellent dessert choice because it comes in a variety of flavours, it's not too heavy to enjoy and it doesn't melt while you're up dancing. Our cakes are the highest quality for presentation, flavour and freshness. They come in over a dozen delicious flavours and you can select the whole colour scheme yourself, including what message is written on top. We make certain that the cake is portioned for precisely the number of guests attending so everyone gets a slice. | ![]() |
Individual Cup-Cakes for everyone An alternative to Slab Cake is individual cupcakes. These are a little more personal but they come in the same reange of flavours and colours as the Slab Cake. Top | ![]() |
If you get a bit hot during the dancing, you can cool off fast with a frozen daiquiri from your own private bar. These icy drinks are non-alcoholic and come in a variety of colours and flavours. You can choose up to 4 for your night and we'll set it all up and have one of our Daiquiri Specialist Barmen run it for you. These are a popular option and we now provide chair covers in over 20 designer colours. You can choose a colour scheme of up to 3 colours for the room and we'll make sure the chairs are uniformly spaced and allocated to present the maximum visual affect. They're stretch material so they'll fit with any venues banquet chairs easily. | ![]() |
Of course you also have the option for sashes tied in pleasant looking bows on each chair cover. Again these come in the same range of colours so you can either match or contrast the sashes with the chair covers as you like. They can be done in either transparent organza or solid satin-look. | ![]() |
Tablecloths, Overlays, Runners & Napkins In addition to the chairs, the tables might need some colour also. We now offer a complete table coordinates package in the same wide range of colours so you can mix and match what ever fits your dream. Top | ![]() |
Free-Floating on the ceiling with long ribbons can be released in your choice of colours and are only appropriate for certain venues. The ribbon length is custom-cut to suit the ceiling height of the venue so you can always reach them to platy with while you dance. Clusters as Table Centrepieces (3 or 6 balloons) make a great colour impact and can be matched to the colours of table coordinates or chair covers. Floor Clusters for entrance and stage are massive and tall and add a simple splash of colour to frame or flank a specific area of the venue. Mini Balloon Reverse Topiaries and Topiary Trees for all tables are a more petite way of adding colour without going too far on size or volume. They also make nice gifts to take home. | ![]() |
Big Screen Digital Photo Projection Package We can send a technical crew out to install huge projection screens on stage or near dance floors with high-quality digital projectors and laptops. You can provide us with up to 300 high-resulotion pics of your school and social lives together and we'll make that into an entertaining slide show for you. This is a reallypopular visual entertainment for everyone while they have dinner. This can also be done in a single or twin-screen format, depending upon the chosen venue. Glow Sticks for all guests to party with If you've ever seen a dance party or nightclub in the dark with a dance floor filled with brigh multi-coloured glowsticks, then you know what an amazing and fun spectacle that can be. Our normal tickets come printed with black data and our Prom Night Events logo on the front. Imagine if you could have your own school logo, or special Class of '09 graphic printed on your tickets, then print the tickets in high-quality full colour, laminate them for all time and attach each one to a brightly coloured lanyard. This is now available as an optional inclusion and makes them great souvenirs too. You can choose up to 3 colours of lanyards from a wide range and the tickets work just like normal tickets with our validation systems on the night. | ![]() |
| Photo Booths Our fully computerised and digital photo booths are a really fun way of collecting personal mementos of how much fun you and your friends had together at the formal. The're available for the whole duration of your formal and you can self-operate them using a variety of funky features to enhance the pics. We can send you a professional video crew with the latest high-tech audio visual equipment. They take footage of all the important moments from you stepping out of the limousine right through to dancing action, and all important spots in between. The footage is then edited professionally into a short movie complete with backing music and all the trimmings, which is then posted on a web site for you to see and even purchase DVD copies if you like. | ![]() |
Formal Etiquette Training Module This is the only inclusion option conducted at your own school BEFORE the Formal. If you need to smooth the rough edges of your presentation on the night, whether it's etiquette, dress sense or any other issue relating to your behaviour and confidence on this important night, we can send out a professional trainer to help bring your year into line with polite society before the night.
